Under the terms of rendering:        1.1.1. On an outpatient basis;        1.1.2. In a hospital;        1.1.3. In the conditions of day hospital.    1.2. By groups of diseases (conditions):        1.2.1. Adults;        1.2.2. Children.2. International Classification of Diseases and Problems Related to the Health of the 10th Revision.1. Criteria for assessing the quality of care.These criteria for assessing the quality of medical care (hereinafter referred to as quality criteria) are applied when providing medical care in medical and other organizations engaged in medical activities that have a license for medical activities obtained in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.Quality criteria are applied in order to assess the timeliness of medical care, the correctness of the choice of methods of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, the degree of achievement of the planned result.Quality criteria are applied:    - under the terms of the provision of medical care (in outpatient conditions, in a hospital and in a day hospital);    - by groups of diseases (conditions).2. International Classification of Diseases and Problems Related to the Health of the 10th Revision.International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related ProblemsHealth (eng. International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) document used as a leading statistical and classification basis in health care.Currently, the international classification of diseases of the Tenthrevision (ICD-10, Engl. ICD-10).The purpose of the IBC is to create conditions for the systematic registration, analysis, interpretation and comparison of data on mortality and morbidity obtained in different countries or regions and at different times. The ICD is used to translate verbal formulations of diagnoses of diseases and other health-related problems into alphanumeric codes that provide easy storage, retrieval, and analysis of data.ICD is based on the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems of the 10th Revision, adopted by the 43rd World Assembly.Diagnosis classifier is intended for managers of governing bodies.health care, compulsory medical insurance funds and their specialists, for heads of medical organizations, their structural subdivisions and doctors, for specialists in the field of medical statistics, as well as for use by specialists in the field of health informatization.Attention: When coding diagnoses it is necessary to use four-digit codes of subheadings, in exceptional cases use three-digit codes of headings.A distinctive feature of this application is the connection betweenthe selected diagnosis for ICD-10 not only with the standards of medical care (their names) related to this code for ICD-10, but also to their content, including the passport part, incoming medical services and medicines and other units in a structured formalized form .The connection with the standards of medical care, approved by orders of the Ministry of Health of Russia and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia, and published on the website of the Ministry of Health of Russia (https://www.rosminzdrav.ru/ministry/61/22/stranitsa-979/stranitsa-983) under the terms ofmedical care:    - standards of primary health care;    - standards of specialized medical care;    - ambulance standards;    - standards of palliative care.
